Selkie Stacey and Mermaid Ninka are the first professional mermaids to swim into the ACT, visiting little and big kids in Canberra and beyond into NSW. We love nothing more than to bring smiles and magic to your next birthday party or event, on land or in the water.
What we do
- Birthday parties in water or on dry land.
- Story time – Story books, mermaid and selkie legends from around the world.
- Meet and greets – Open water mermaid encounters including beach and boat encounters.
- Siren songs and party games.
- Face painting (by request).
- Water scooter mermaid rides (by request).
- Science communication with a focus on our oceans and local water life.
- Corporate or other special event appearances.
- Volunteer work with local community groups.
- Hula hoop performances and lessons (by request).

Professional silicone mermaid tails
Selkie Sisters also specialise in making the silicone tail or fluke (tail fin) of your dreams, including matching tops and accessories for merfolk over the age of 18.
